The expert analysis is carried out by one of our usability specialists using a structured usability framework including 18 categories and is based on the guidance of international standards such as ISO Standard 9241 ff. and best practice heuristics. You can threfore be assured that the problems we find are real and not just someone's opinion. For extensive sites or applications, two or more experts will assess the site in parallel to assure that you receive very thorough feedback.

The usability report is chiefly recommendation-based in order to provide you a practical guide for optimising the interface. Our feedback is honest and solution-oriented. We use everyday language and illustrate many findings with screenshots. We follow industry standards such as the CIF and ISO/IEC 25062:2006, so that it becomes transparent how usability was measured.
- With the report you will receive an executive summary high-lighting the strengths and weaknesses at a glance.
- The body of the report will include an in-depth description of our findings with clear recommendations for improvement. We will also list the positive aspects to assure that these will not be changed.
- In a spread sheet you will receive a list off all issues and recommendations. The recommendations will be prioritized as critical, important, or nice-to-have, depending on the severity of the issue, the frequency of its occurrence and the overall importance to the user. This gives you the perfect tool to add your own cost-benefit ratio to each issue and then sort them by cost-effectiveness and impact.
